What is the organic box subscription?

The organic box subscription is a service that allows you to receive a regular delivery of seasonal organic fruit and vegetables with FREE delivery to your door. The produce is sourced locally from Belgian farms* and is produced under the strict bio/organic regulations as determined by the European Commission. Find out more about the meaning of 'organic' and the benefits. The contents of the boxes change each week depending on the season.

How does the subscription work ?

We deliver the organic box of your choice to your door every week or fortnight on the same day until you tell us to stop. The day of delivery depends on the delivery address, but is always delivered between 10:00 and 17:00. The scheduled deliveries depends on the postcode and are listed below. We also have selected collection points that are entitled to a 5% discount.

You can track the delivery in real time and request an estimated time of arrvial on the day of your delivery.

A one-off box

If you don't want a regular delivery, or you want to try a box before subscribing, we can deliver a one-off box to your door with a small delivery charge of € 3. The day of delivery depends on the delivery postcode (shown above). Order now.


What if I'm not at home during the day ?

If you are not at home during the day to receive your delivery, we offer the following possibilities:

1. We can leave the box somewhere (in a garage, with a neighbour etc)

2. We can deliver the box to your workplace

3. Collect your box from one of our collection points

The delivery boxes are made from strong cardboard and are completely sealed, so there is no problem to leave them outside or in the lobby of an apartment block. We now offer a 'cool & dry' storage box which can be used for your deliveries. Find out more

You can track our delivery vans on the website and request an estimated time of arrival by email or SMS directly to the driver. Find out more


What if I don't like certain vegetables ?

If you don't like some vegetables, we will always change them for a different type. Specify your dislikes when making your order.


How do I pay ?

You have 3 possibilities to pay for the subscription.  Payments by bank transfer or credit card should be made before delivery, or pay by cash on delivery of your box.

A statement of your payment and order history is sent by email the Monday before each delivery. The statement is in the form of an account balance. Please keep your account balance in credit. If you cannot pay before your delivery, please contact us.

Bank transfer

Please pay in advance by bank transfer, or set up a standing order. Please make sure that your subscription (order) number is written in the free message part of the transfer form.

Note: You can transfer any amount and your subscription account will be updated. It will be informed to you before your next delivery.

Pay on delivery Pay by cash or 'cheque repas' on delivery of your box, or leave an envelope where we can find it. If you don't have the correct change, we'll deduct the extra from the next box. We now are accepting Eco-cheques/Eco-pass as payment.

Click here to pay for boxes by credit card. You can pay for any amount you like and your subscription account will be updated.

Can I suspend the deliveries if I go away ?

You can suspend your deliveries whenever you like. Please tell us before MONDAY 10am for deliveries on Tuesday and wednesday, and WEDNESDAY 10am for deliveries on Thursday and Friday. If you tell us after that time, we may charge you for the box. This is because we have to decide with our suppliers the quantity of produce before these deadlines. Therefore, the produce may be wasted if you cancel after that time. What are the benefits of the subscription scheme ?

1. There are no delivery charges

2. We source as much as possible from Belgian organic farms, and is always seasonal and very fresh

3. You can add meat, eggs and milk to your box with no additional cost of delivery.

4. Subscribing to the service entitles you to receive our monthly newsletter that includes seasonal recipes, information about the produce and other related articles.

5. You can suspend your deliveries or cancel completely with no obligation or minimum contract.

6. If you receive fruit or vegetables that you are not entirely satisfied with, we will refund you or give you a discount on a future box with no questions asked.

7. You do not need to be at home when we deliver your box. Just tell us where to leave the box in case you are out. You can specify these instructions during checkout. We can also deliver to workplaces if preferred.


Quality promise Personalised service

Our aim is to provide the freshest and best quality organic produce possible. We pack every box ourselves daily, and we check the freshsness of all our produce before delivery. If you receive something that does not meet your expectations, please let us know. We will either refund you or give you a discount on a future box with no questions asked.

If you have a particular fruit or vegetable that you don't like, you can tell us and we will make sure it is never included in your box.
